Hollywood-Stars wie Mila Kunis, Jake Gyllenhaal und auch Ashton Kutscher haben sich bereits öffentlich dazu bekannt, dass sie sich nur noch einmal die Woche unter die Dusche stellen. Sei es, um Wasser zu sparen oder auch die natürliche Schutzbarriere der Haut zu schonen. Clever oder einfach nur eklig?
PULS-Reporterin Ariane Alter wagt den schweißtreibenden Selbstversuch. Zwei Wochen lang möchte sie den Hype ausprobieren. Was passiert mit dem eigenen Wohlbefinden und dem Körper, wenn man sieben Tage lang nicht duscht und auch kein Deo benutzt? Wie reagiert die Haut und wie praktikabel ist der neue Trend überhaupt im Alltag?
Bestseller-Autor und Journalist James Hamblin versichert Ari nur positive Effekte. Er selbst hat fünf Jahre lang nicht mehr geduscht und auch Christine aus unserer Puls-Community genügt es völlig, sich alle zwei Wochen unter die Brause zu stellen. Depuis la reconquête du pouvoir par les talibans à Kaboul en août 2021, la situation humanitaire s'est considérablement détériorée. L'Afghanistan est le plus grand producteur d'opium au monde. Au cours des 20 dernières années, les talibans et les seigneurs de guerre ont gagné des milliards de dollars grâce à l'exportation d'héroïne.
Mais c’est aussi l’un des pays les touchés au monde par la toxicomanie. Le pays est ravagé par l’héroïne et plus particulièrement sa capitale.
Pourchassés à Kaboul par les talibans, des milliers de toxicomanes, dont l’addiction heurte leurs valeurs fondamentalistes, sont internés de force pour suivre une cure de désintoxication dans une clinique, située dans une ancienne base américaine.
Conçu à l’origine pour accueillir un millier de patients destinés à un sevrage drastique, pendant 45 jours, l’établissement croule aujourd’hui sous le nombre de personnes qui y sont envoyées. Cruellement dépourvu de médicaments, le centre peine à assurer sa mission : le stock de méthadone est inexistant, le personnel est dépassé, les patients souffrent de la faim. Jusqu’à cinq millions d’Afghans, pour un pays qui en compte trente-neuf millions, seraient dépendants de l’héroïne et de la méthamphétamine…
