Conscients du danger mais en quête d’une vie qu’ils espèrent meilleure, les candidats à l'exil n'ont qu’un seul espoir : rejoindre la Grande-Bretagne. Sur des bateaux noirs gonflables, une dizaine d’enfants, placés sur ces embarcations par leurs parents, vont s’élancer pour une traversée à haut risque.
Il y a moins d’un an, trois enfants se sont noyés en tentant la traversée. Le plus jeune d’entre eux avait 7 ans.
En attendant, c’est dans un bidonville que vivent ces gamins. Sous des bâches en plastique, ils sont une cinquantaine, dont des nourrissons, très affaiblis par les restrictions de nourriture et le froid.
Un peu plus loin, près de la route qui mène au tunnel sous la Manche, d’autres mineurs, des Soudanais, tentent inlassablement de passer la frontière, en montant clandestinement dans des camions de marchandises.
Certains soirs, des familles à Calais et à Lille, solidaires de leur détresse, offrent un temps de repos aux candidats à l’exil exténués. La pression monte : il faut tenter le tout pour le tout avant l’arrivée de l’hiver…

Zero Waste im Badezimmer? Geht das? Was für Alternativen gibt es, um im Bad Müll zu vermeiden? Ariane Alter macht den Reality Check für PULS Reportage. Gemeinsam mit Nachhaltigkeits-Expertin Svenja von GLOWnatur testet sie Zero Waste im Badezimmer.

Wattepads, Wattestäbchen, Einwegrasierer und unzählige Plastiktuben – im Bad kommt jede Menge Müll zusammen. Ganz zu schweigen vom Toilettenpapier. Gibt es Alternativen? Ist es möglich, Zero Waste im Badezimmer zu leben?
Das zeigt euch Ariane Alter in dieser PULS Reportage. Denn für sie ist Müll im Badezimmer völlig normal. Im Gegensatz zu Svenja! Svenja von GLOWnatur lebt Minimalismus im Badezimmer und ist Expertin in Sachen Zero Waste im Badezimmer. Gemeinsam mit ihr mistet Ariane ihr Bad aus, testet nachhaltige Alternativen und wagt den ersten Schritt in Richtung Zero Waste-Badezimmer!
Zero Waste im Badezimmer:
Beim Thema Zero Waste geht es darum, keinen Müll zu produzieren und keine Rohstoffe zu vergeuden. Das heißt:
keine Plastikflaschen mehr, keine Wattepads, keine Wattestäbchen und am besten auch kein Klopapier mehr. Was gibt es für Alternativen und ist Zero Waste im Badezimmer überhaupt möglich? Ariane Alter macht den Selbstversuch.
Warum Zero Waste im Badezimmer?
Jeder Deutsche produziert pro Jahr im Durchschnitt 37 Kilo Verpackungsmüll aus Plastik. Das sind - pro Kopf - sechs Kilo mehr als der EU-Durchschnitt. Und leider löst sich dieser Müll nicht in Luft auf, wenn er in der Mülltonne landet, sondern stapelt sich in riesigen Müllhalden im Ausland, wird verbrannt oder verschmutzt die Ozeane. Also Schluss damit.
Als Alternative zu Plastik benutzen Zero Waster unverpackte Produkte oder nehmen wiederverwendbare Behälter aus Glas und Metall. Papier ist auch ok - das kann einfacher recycelt werden und verrottet leichter.
